1. Order Acceptance and Processing
- All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Solidot. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, invalid shipping addresses, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Customized, OEM/ODM, or made-to-order products may require additional processing time.
- Payment must be completed in full at checkout. Solidot accepts the payment methods displayed on our website.
2. Shipping and Delivery
- Solidot ships to most countries and regions worldwide, excluding PO Boxes and restricted territories.
- You are responsible for providing a valid, accurate shipping address and contact information. Solidot is not liable for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address information.
- International orders are subject to customs clearance, and any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Solidot is not liable for customs-related delays or rejections.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All product prices are in the specified currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Pricing errors will be corrected at Solidot's discretion.
- You agree to pay the total order amount (including product price, shipping fees, and applicable taxes) displayed at checkout.
- Late or failed payment may result in order cancellation or delayed processing.
4. Refunds, Returns and Repairs
- Our Refund & Repair Policy governs all requests for refunds, returns, warranty repairs, and post-warranty repair services.
- Refunds are only granted for eligible products (unused, in original packaging) within 7 calendar days of delivery; customized, OEM/ODM, and non-returnable products are not eligible.
- All returns require prior authorization from Solidot; unapproved returns will not be accepted.
- Solidot provides a 12-month standard warranty from the date of shipment for all products, covering manufacturing and material defects.
5. Product Use and Liability
- Solidot's products are designed for industrial automation and connectivity applications only, as described in our product documentation.
- Solidot is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury caused by improper installation, unauthorized modification, use outside specified operating conditions, or third-party products.
- Solidot's total liability shall not exceed the total purchase price of the product(s) in question. Solidot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
6. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in Solidot's products, website content, documentation, and software are the exclusive property of Solidot or its licensors.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or use any of Solidot's intellectual property for commercial or unauthorized purposes without prior written consent.
7. Website Use
- You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and to refrain from any activity that may damage, disrupt, or compromise the website's functionality or security.
- Solidot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time for a violation of these Terms.

- Any dispute shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court of the jurisdiction where Solidot is registered.

- These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Tax Policy, Refund & Repair Policy, and any other documents referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Solidot.
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Solidot's failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any subsequent enforcement thereof.
