Solidot Showcases Multiple New Products at AHTE & AMTS 2023

From July 5 to 8, the 2023 Shanghai International Assembly & Transmission Technology Exhibition AHTE and the Shanghai International Automotive Manufacturing Technology & material Show AMTS opened at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Solidot brought its self-developed discrete I/O, protocol gateways, Fieldbus Valve terminals, motion control modules and other products, presenting refreshing fieldbus solutions for the intelligent manufacturing sector.

At this exhibition, Solidot showcased a prototype of the new-generation Slice I/O XB6S, which features an ergonomic curved obtuse-angle design with color-coded labels, and adds functions such as field-side power supply wire-break alarms, Hot Swap support and multiple fault diagnosis mechanisms.

In addition, Solidot also showcased its newly rising star products — Fieldbus Valve terminals and protocol gateways. These products can be widely used in the field of intelligent manufacturing and attracted great attention from customers in related industries at the exhibition.

The Fieldbus Valve terminals on display included the Slice Valve terminal XB6 and the integrated Valve terminal C2S, among others. These products offer outstanding versatility and are compatible with mainstream solenoid valve brands such as FESTO, SMC, CKD, and AirTAC. It is particularly worth mentioning that the XB6 can also be used in combination with Solidot's Slice I/O products, making it easy to expand input and output modules. To meet customers' diverse needs, Solidot's Fieldbus Valve terminal products can also be customized according to the solenoid valve model and quantity used by the customer, further reducing their wiring workload.

The highlight of the protocol gateway series at this exhibition remained focused on the Robot X series of robot gateways. This series adopts the X-bus component architecture, where one protocol corresponds to one component, and data conversion between different protocols can be achieved through different combinations of components. In addition, the protocol gateway series has gained a strong new member — the vertical EtherCAT four-port switch. This switch offers advantages such as fast communication speed, convenient configuration, simple setup, and flexible application scenarios, and its power supply system also features reverse polarity protection and short-circuit protection.
