Solidot Showcases Multiple New Products at AHTE & AMTS 2023

From July 5 to 8, the 2023 Shanghai International Industrial Assembly and Transmission Technology Exhibition (AHTE) and the Shanghai International Automotive Manufacturing Technology and Equipment and Materials Exhibition (AMTS) opened at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Solidot showcased its self-developed products, including distributed I/O, protocol gateways, bus valve islands, and motion control modules, bringing fresh bus solutions to the intelligent manufacturing sector.

At this exhibition, Solidot presented the next generation of Slice I/O - the XB6S prototype. This prototype features ergonomically designed rounded corners and color-coded labels, along with on-site power disconnection alarms, hot-swappable support, and multiple fault diagnosis mechanisms.

Additionally, Solidot unveiled its new star products—the bus valve islands and protocol gateways. These products can be widely applied in the intelligent manufacturing field and attracted significant attention from many industry clients at the exhibition.

Among the displayed bus valve islands were the Slice valve island XB6 and the all-in-one valve island C2S. These products have excellent versatility and are compatible with leading electromagnetic valve brands such as FESTO, SMC, CKD, and AirTAC. Notably, the XB6 products can also be mixed with Solidot’s Slice I/O products, allowing for easy expansion of input and output modules. To meet diverse customer needs, Solidot’s bus valve island products can also be customized according to the types and quantities of electromagnetic valves used, further reducing wiring workload for clients.

The highlight of the protocol gateway series at this exhibition remained the Robot X series of gateway products. This series employs an X-Bus component architecture, where each protocol corresponds to one component. Different combinations of components allow for data conversion between various protocols. Additionally, the protocol gateway series welcomed a new strong player—the vertical EtherCAT four-port switch. This switch features fast communication speeds, simple configuration, and flexible application scenarios, while its power supply system includes reverse polarity and short-circuit protection.
