Solidot's "Double City" Exhibition in Chengdu and Wuhan Concludes Successfully

On May 18, 2023, as the Wuhan Industrial Fair drew to a successful close, Solidot's "Two-City Show" exhibition tour came to a perfect end. This "Two-City Show" marked Solidot's first exhibition in Chengdu and Wuhan: the Chengdu Industrial Fair took the lead from April 26 to April 28, and the Wuhan Industrial Fair closed the tour from May 16 to May 18. As a new strategic layout, both exhibitions achieved success on their debut, with strong attendance and order volume alike.

Drawing on the latest R&D results and the successful exhibition approach of the Shenzhen Industrial Fair, the Chengdu and Wuhan industrial fairs retained Solidot's signature protocol-based and scenario-based themed display areas, creating an immersive experience that combines static and dynamic elements to deliver industrial bus solutions better tailored to user needs. In particular, the joint exhibit of valve terminals, IO-Link I/O, IP67 bus I/O and motion control brought users closer to the products and sharpened the focus, fully demonstrating Solidot's distinctive strengths in multi-protocol support, full-domain coverage and wide application.

At the Chengdu Industrial Fair, the valve terminal series independently developed by Solidot attracted widespread attention from customers on site. The products themselves are highly versatile, but even more noteworthy is that they can be customized according to the solenoid valve model and quantity required by the customer, saving wiring effort and reducing costs.

With advantages such as 13 bus protocol options, a rich range of interfaces, full functionality, convenient wiring, light weight and compact size, easy installation, and a complete set of accessories, the valve terminal series can be widely used in industrial control systems. With the highly integrated information system of the fieldbus, it helps customers achieve more convenient, more reliable and smarter data acquisition on automated production lines.

At the Wuhan Industrial Fair, the motion control series, a rising star in the Solidot lineup, won the favor of a large number of customers. The Slice pulse output module featured at the exhibition can connect to stepper/servo drives and supports three motion modes: PP, PV and HM. It connects to the matching coupler via the self-developed X-BUS backplane bus and is compatible with mainstream industrial Ethernet protocols such as EtherCAT, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP and CC-Link IE Field Basic. The product's application scenarios are also very broad, spanning industries such as 3C, logistics and photovoltaics, and it can be combined with Solidot Slice I/O for a powerful pairing; its flexible expandability reduces costs and improves efficiency for enterprises while also delivering further digital and intelligent empowerment.

In addition to the new products poised for launch, Solidot's established products also proved their mettle. The integrated I/O led by IP67 bus I/O, IO-Link I/O and the flagship Slice I/O all drew a steady stream of on-site inquiries, and product manuals were in short supply. In the end, the two cities secured more than one hundred expressions of intent to cooperate, and some customers placed orders immediately after attending, bringing the "Two-City Show" to a perfect conclusion.
