Solidot Showcases Its Presence at IAIE 2023

2023-07-25

From July 18 to 22, Solidot showcased a range of its products at the 2023 China Qingdao International Industrial Automation Technology and Equipment Exhibition.

Six major advantages of Solidot bus I/O products:

Complete bus protocols and good compatibility, supporting many mainstream protocols on the market, such as PROFINET, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, CC-Link, CC-Link IE TSN, Modbus TCP, Mechatrolink III, DeviceNet, Profibus-DP, IO-Link, etc.

Many module types to meet different wiring scenarios across industries. These include Slice (with Pluggable terminal blocks and cross-wiring method), integrated (vertical, horizontal, IP67 high protection rating), Fieldbus Valve terminal, and IO-Link form factors.

Comprehensive bus function modules. In addition to conventional digital, analog, and temperature modules, there are also pulse input, pulse output, RS-458/232 gateways, stepper drives, temperature controllers, etc.

Powerful and easy to use. A single coupler can be expanded to a maximum of 32 modules, with up to 1024 channels. Pulse inputs include differential, single-ended, and SSI protocol encoders. The extreme heat dissipation performance is superior to most products currently on the market, allowing use at higher ambient temperatures.

Small footprint and easy maintenance. The 32-point design with wiring ducts routed above and below makes wiring more convenient and reduces the footprint. Both module terminals and modules support independent hot swap, making maintenance and troubleshooting easy.

High stability. Numerous successful application cases with customers across multiple industries, and CE certification from the authoritative German organization TÜV SÜD!

The C2P series Fieldbus Valve terminal supports up to 24 positions of double solenoid control or 48 positions of single solenoid control. It offers high versatility and is compatible with mainstream solenoid valve brands on the market such as SMC, FESTO, CKD, and AirTAC, and supports multiple bus protocols including EtherCAT, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, and CC-Link IE Field Basic. In addition, it uses RJ45 ports, which are lower in cost and more convenient to use than M12 connector cables, significantly reducing the cost of using the valve terminal. Furthermore, it innovatively uses Spring-Clamp terminals as the solenoid valve interface, greatly reducing on-site wiring difficulty. Its excellent performance makes it widely used in industries such as food processing, packaging, lithium batteries, and automotive manufacturing.

The vertical EtherCAT 4-port switch features four RJ45 ports (1IN/3OUT) and supports the switch cascading function. Based on a high-performance EtherCAT ASIC communication chip, it enables faster signal transmission. Configuration is simple, and it supports all mainstream EtherCAT Masters. The power supply system supports reverse polarity protection and short-circuit protection. This product can be widely used in industries such as automotive, new energy, photovoltaics, 3C, and machinery manufacturing.
