2022-12-05

On November 24, the Industrial Control Network Digital Seminar arrived in Zhuhai, presenting a variety of rich discussion topics tailored to the local users' needs. The seminar aimed to deepen insights into industry development trends while addressing the pain points faced by enterprises and proposing solutions. Typical cases were presented to clarify doubts and guide small and medium-sized enterprises undergoing transformation.

As a representative of domestic I/O companies at this digital seminar (Zhuhai Station), Solidot brought innovative digital products and solutions centered around industrial buses to customers in Zhuhai.

Mr. Chen Xiaobo, Marketing Director of Solidot, attended the seminar and provided a detailed introduction from four perspectives: company overview, product introduction, application cases, and future plans. In the product introduction segment, he highlighted Solidot's three major product lines: all-in-one I/O, Slice I/O, and bus valve islands.

In terms of product applications, Mr. Chen demonstrated through specific cases various uses of Solidot's I/O products in different communication protocols and industrial interconnect scenarios. This included applications of CC-Link all-in-one I/O in the LCD industry, EtherCAT Slice I/O in the 3C industry, and PROFINET Slice I/O in the lithium battery sector.

Finally, he provided a detailed introduction to Solidot's upcoming new products, including the EC7 series bus I/O, which features a housing made from PBT + GF30% reinforced plastic. It has an M12-L coded power interface and a maximum overcurrent of 16A, along with rich indicator light functions that make the module status clear at a glance; the IO-Link I/O is designed according to the IO-Link v1.1 specification, with optional Class-A or Class-B interface types, and can connect to various IO-Link standard devices and standard switching signals; and the newly designed bus valves, which offer enhanced functionality and superior performance at a competitive price.

During this Zhuhai Station tour, Solidot fully showcased the flexible, reliable, efficient, and stable performance of its I/O products. In the future, Solidot will continue to focus on industrial interconnect scenarios and launch more remote distributed I/O products to empower digital transformation.
