Solidot Showcases Its Presence at SCIIF 2023
From June 27 to 29, Solidot Showcased Its Industrial Bus Solutions at the 2023 South China International Industrial Expo, Empowering Industrial Automation with a Variety of On-Site Bus Solutions.

Multi-Protocol Slice Pulse Output Module

Solidot boasts a well-known product line in motion control, which includes multi-protocol bus stepper driver modules, pulse positioning modules, PWM output modules, encoder counting modules, and other highly competitive products.
The multi-protocol Slice pulse output module displayed at this exhibition can connect to stepper/servo drives and supports four channels of 200 kHz high-speed pulse output with two output modes: pulse + direction and dual pulse. Each output is equipped with local positive limit, negative limit, home position, and brake signal inputs. By connecting via Solidot's self-developed X-BUS backplane and matching couplers, the module can adapt to mainstream industrial Ethernet protocols such as EtherCAT, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, and CC-Link IE Field Basic. Additionally, it features built-in T-type acceleration and deceleration algorithms and multiple homing modes.
Automation Equipment Wiring Reduction Solutions – Valve Islands

As one of the star products of Solidot, the self-developed bus valve islands have garnered significant attention from industry clients.
At this exhibition, various models of valve island products from the C2S, C2, and XB6 series were showcased. The C2S series valve islands are compatible with multiple mainstream protocols including EtherCAT, PROFINET, and CC-Link and feature open-circuit and short-circuit detection, as well as single-channel empty-hold functionality. The C2 series utilizes a full aluminum alloy design and, combined with EtherCAT communication protocol, can significantly save wiring issues and connection time for enterprises. Furthermore, the multi-pin collection integrates electromagnetic valves on a standard manifold, making it compatible with different brands of valve islands. The XB6 series uses Slice modules configured with different protocol couplers and remote I/O modules, allowing for diverse collection of digital, analog, temperature, and pulse signals at the terminals.
With a rich variety of valve island types to meet different client needs, these solutions save wiring time and reduce costs. Additionally, we can customize the base plates according to the specific models and quantities of electromagnetic valves required by customers.
IO-Link Bus I/O

Solidot's IO-Link bus I/O products boast an IP67 protection rating for both master and slave stations and are designed according to the IO-Link 1.1 standard. The I/O types are diverse and can support multiple bus protocols. The master station can connect to various IO-Link standard slaves and standard switching signals. The wiring for the slaves is simple and enables simultaneous power supply and data transmission. This facilitates remote operation and diagnostics, allowing intelligent monitoring of machines in factory workshops, thereby supporting enterprises in achieving flexible manufacturing, improving factory throughput, and enhancing operational efficiency.
IP67 I/O Modules

The IP67-rated bus I/O modules support various bus protocols including PROFINET, EtherCAT, and CC-Link. The housing is made from PTB + GF30% reinforced plastic material, providing superior mechanical performance for the IP67-rated modules. With a fully sealed design, the products can be applied in harsh working environments. The modules support a wide range of signal types for both digital and analog signals, offering diverse options for on-site applications.
As a prominent domestic supplier of industrial bus solutions, Solidot will continue to explore and innovate in the field of industrial bus systems, launching more solutions to support "independent and controllable domestic alternatives," empowering automation transformations in sectors such as 3C, new energy, logistics, welding, water treatment, building control, and factory monitoring.
