**Full Lineup Assembled, Exciting New Products Arrive! Solidot Unveils Its Strongest Lineup in History at the ITES Shenzhen Industrial Exhibition
On April 1, 2023, the 4-day 2023 ITES Shenzhen Industrial Exhibition and Alibaba 1688 Industrial Procurement Festival came to a successful conclusion. This year's ITES Shenzhen Industrial Exhibition gathered more than 1,000 outstanding manufacturing exhibitors under one roof to help new industrial technology trends land. After more than 20 years of accumulation, ITES Shenzhen Industrial Exhibition has become a platform for showcasing industry innovation achievements and connecting upstream and downstream of the industry, and a bellwether leading the development of intelligent manufacturing.
As a well-known automation service provider in China, Solidot brought all five business divisions — General I/O, gateway, motion control, IO-Link, and valve terminal — to this ITES Shenzhen Industrial Exhibition. With its latest products, all-new upgrades, and multi-line layout, Solidot received inquiries and interest from thousands of visitors from all over the country and won widespread praise and recognition from industry peers at the venue.

IO-Link Division: New products debut with impressive strength
To consolidate its deep cultivation in the IO field, Solidot specially established the IO-Link Division to handle IO-Link product development. It has now officially released EtherCAT and PROFINET IO-Link master series models, as well as slave HUB series models, including input type, output type, and Configurable input/output type. The master series has complete functions and is easy to operate. For certain types of sensor devices on the market that have process data of special lengths, it supports compatible connection without modifying the firmware. All HUB series models have passed the TMG protocol conformance test tool and CE certification testing.
At this exhibition, the Solidot IO-Link Division introduced master and slave devices based on the IEC 61131-9 open technology standard and the latest IO-Link protocol V1.1.3. These devices enable bidirectional information exchange between the master and the HUB or between the master and sensors, converting traditional analog sensor signals into digital transmission with stronger immunity to interference; at the same time, wiring is simple and remote operation and diagnostics are convenient, enabling machines on the factory floor to achieve intelligent detection, thereby helping companies achieve flexible manufacturing, improve factory throughput, and increase operational efficiency.

I/O Division: Quality assurance, all-new upgrade
To meet the demands of harsher industrial environments, Solidot has upgraded its protected bus I/O products across the board, with the protection rating upgraded from IP20 to IP67. At this exhibition, the Solidot I/O Division also brought the all-new upgraded I/O products to the show.
The bus I/O modules with IP67 protection rating use a fully sealed design and a housing made of reinforced plastic material, offering excellent mechanical performance and good electrical insulation. They can completely prevent foreign objects and dust from entering the body, and can be immersed at a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes without damage caused by water ingress. The excellent electrical insulation makes them an ideal choice for damp, messy, and dusty working environments. In addition, the IP67 series offers a wide range of bus protocols and uses standard cables, making wiring very simple, effectively preventing wiring errors, and shortening commissioning time.
In addition, the upgraded bus I/O modules feature a small structure and light module weight, making them suitable for applications with limited space and even usable in mobile equipment. Among them, the all-new horizontal-structure bus I/O product is only 35 mm high and is equipped with a dedicated protocol chip for stronger performance and easier commissioning and diagnostics.

Valve terminal Division: Years of deep cultivation, continuous innovation
The Solidot Valve terminal Division, which has continuously made product breakthroughs since its establishment in 2018, also brought to this ITES exhibition its highly versatile and independently developed bus valve terminal products: the C2 valve terminal, the XB6 valve terminal, and the all-new upgraded C2S valve terminal. Solidot's valve terminal products can be customized according to the model and quantity of solenoid valves required by the customer, saving wiring effort and reducing costs for customers. This series of products has the following advantages: 13 bus protocol options available, rich interfaces, complete functions, convenient wiring, light weight and small size, easy installation, and a full set of accessories available.
Among them, the all-new upgraded C2S series valve terminal is a control module that integrates valve terminal technology and bus technology. Through this product, distributed control and centralized control on the industrial site can be achieved, system design can be optimized, construction is fast, and the commissioning, performance testing, and diagnostic maintenance of complex systems are simplified. The product uses a modular structure, occupies little space, and has pluggable terminal blocks for fast wiring. Configuration is simple, and it supports all major masters, so it can be widely used in industrial control systems.

gateway & Motion control Division: Multi-line layout, empowering intelligent manufacturing
In addition to the flagship products brought by the much-watched IO-Link, I/O, and valve terminal divisions, Solidot also brought blockbuster new products from its gateway Division and Motion control Division, aiming to create richer application scenarios and better solutions for users.
To meet the broad protocol conversion requirements of different customer sites and provide customers with intelligent, secure and convenient industrial site management solutions, the Solidot gateway division presented the serial communication product family, the RobotX product family, switches and IoT gateways. Among them, the RobotX product family adopts Solidot's XBus component architecture, in which the protocol conversion modules are independent, detachable and freely combinable, meeting the broad protocol conversion requirements of different customer sites through a rich variety of combinations.

As a new division under Solidot, the Motion control division also brought its latest products to the exhibition visitors. On the actuator side, the Solidot Motion control division presented products such as slice stepper drives and slice pulse output modules. Through the self-developed XBUS backplane bus and matching couplers, these products can connect to mainstream industrial Ethernet protocols such as EtherCAT, PROFINET and EtherNet/IP. On the feedback device side, the Motion control division also showcased various motion control-related modules such as encoder input and pulse count. It is believed that in the future, by continuously launching innovative product lines, the Solidot Motion control division will be able to provide global users with safer, more reliable, highly innovative and targeted solutions.

At this exhibition, through on-site product interaction raffles, multiple product videos, engineer presentations and a variety of informative materials, Solidot presented to customers from multiple perspectives and in all aspects the latest products of its five major divisions — general I/O, gateways, motion control, IO-Link and valve terminals — as well as Solidot's in-depth understanding of the industrial internet and its innovative solutions.
This exhibition not only showcased Solidot's accumulated expertise over the years in all aspects, but also demonstrated the company's technical strength in keeping pace with the times and standing at the forefront of the industrial digitalization trend. For many years, Solidot has remained committed to the automation industry and has built deep technical expertise in the field of bus products. As domestically developed products have become increasingly mature and stable over the past two years, with their share continuing to rise, Solidot has entered a period of rapid development in the domestic discrete I/O industry. Leveraging its advantages in domestically developed technology, Solidot's digital solutions have received unanimous praise.
This exhibition strengthened Solidot's confidence in promoting the industrialization of next-generation technologies. Through exchange at the exhibition, Solidot also took the pulse of the national market, planning a bigger picture for its nationwide development. On the track of the Industry 4.0 era, Solidot opens up new prospects and seizes new opportunities with its core competitiveness in the localization of the industrial internet field. In the future, Solidot will continue to uphold the philosophy of "focus, professionalism, and expertise," centering on industrial interconnection scenarios to launch more remote discrete I/O products. Through better product quality, better delivery cycles, better cost-effectiveness, and large-scale procurement, it will achieve sustained value output for customers.
