**Full Lineup Assembled, Exciting New Products Arrive! Solidot Unveils Its Strongest Lineup in History at the ITES Shenzhen Industrial Exhibition
From April 1 to 4, 2023, the ITES Shenzhen Industrial Exhibition and Alibaba 1688 Industrial Procurement Festival concluded successfully after four days. This year's ITES Shenzhen Industrial Exhibition gathered over 1,000 excellent exhibitors from the manufacturing industry, showcasing cutting-edge industrial technologies and trends. After more than 20 years of development, the ITES Shenzhen Industrial Exhibition has become a platform for displaying industry innovation achievements and connecting upstream and downstream sectors, serving as a barometer for leading smart manufacturing development.
As a well-known automation service provider in China, Solidot brought together its five major business divisions: General I/O, Gateways, Motion Control, IO-Link, and Valve Islands, to participate in this year's ITES Shenzhen Industrial Exhibition.
This exhibition featured the largest and strongest lineup in Solidot's history. Solidot attracted thousands of inquiries from throughout the country with its latest products, newly upgraded offerings, and multi-line layout, receiving widespread acclaim and recognition from peers in the industry.

IO-Link Division: New Products Debut with Power
To deepen its focus in the IO field, Solidot specifically established the IO-Link Division to handle the research and development of IO-Link products. The division has officially released a range of EtherCAT and Profinet IO-Link master models, as well as HUB series slave models, including input, output, and configurable input/output types. The master series is feature-rich and user-friendly, supporting certain sensor devices with specific process data lengths in the market without the need for firmware modifications; all HUB models have passed TMG protocol conformity testing and CE certification.
At this exhibition, Solidot's IO-Link Division introduced master and slave devices based on the IEC61131-9 open technology standard and the latest IO-Link protocol V1.1.3. These devices enable bidirectional information exchange between the master station and HUB or between the master station and sensors, converting traditional sensor analog signals into digital transmission with enhanced anti-interference capabilities. The simplified wiring allows for easy remote operation and diagnostics, enabling intelligent monitoring of machines in factory workshops, thereby aiding enterprises in achieving flexible manufacturing, improving factory throughput, and enhancing operational efficiency.

I/O Division: Quality Assurance and Complete Upgrade
To meet the more demanding requirements of industrial environments, Solidot has fully upgraded its protective bus I/O products, raising their protection level from IP20 to IP67. At this exhibition, the newly upgraded I/O products were showcased.
The IP67-rated bus I/O modules are fully sealed and made from enhanced plastic materials, providing excellent mechanical performance and electrical insulation. They can completely prevent the ingress of foreign objects and dust. The products can remain operational when submerged in 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes, making them ideal for humid, messy, and dusty work environments. Additionally, the IP67 series supports a variety of bus protocols and utilizes standard cables, facilitating straightforward wiring and effectively preventing miswiring, thus shortening debugging time.
Furthermore, the upgraded bus I/O modules are compact and lightweight, suitable for applications in confined spaces and even in mobile devices. The brand-new horizontal structure bus I/O products stand at just 35mm in height, equipped with dedicated protocol chips for enhanced performance and ease of debugging and diagnostics.

Valve Island Division: Years of Deep Roots and Continuous Innovation
Since its establishment in 2018, Solidot’s Valve Island Division has continuously made breakthroughs in product development. At this year's ITES exhibition, it showcased highly versatile self-developed bus valve island products including the C2, XB6, and newly upgraded C2S valve islands. Solidot's valve island products can be customized according to the electromagnetic valve models and quantities required by clients, saving wiring workload while reducing costs. The series offers advantages such as 13 bus protocol solutions, rich interfaces, comprehensive functionalities, easy wiring, lightweight and compact design, ease of installation, and a complete set of accessories.
The newly upgraded C2S series valve island is a control module that integrates valve island technology and bus technology, allowing for decentralized control and centralized management in industrial settings, optimizing system design, expediting construction, and simplifying complex system debugging, performance testing, and maintenance. The modular structure occupies minimal space, and the pluggable terminal allows for rapid wiring and simple configuration, supporting all major mainstream controllers, making it widely applicable in industrial control systems.

Gateway & Motion Control Division: Multi-Line Layouts Empowering Smart Manufacturing
In addition to the leading products from the highly noted IO-Link, I/O, and Valve Island divisions, Solidot also presented new products from its Gateway and Motion Control divisions to create richer application scenarios and higher quality solutions for users.
To meet the wide-ranging needs of clients for on-site protocol conversion and provide intelligent, safe, and convenient industrial site management solutions, Solidot's Gateway Division introduced a series of products including serial communication products, RobotX family products, switches, and IoT gateways. The RobotX product family utilizes Solidot's X-Bus component architecture, enabling independent, detachable modules for different protocols that can be freely combined to meet diverse on-site protocol conversion needs.

The emerging Motion Control Division also brought its latest products to the exhibition. For actuators, Solidot's Motion Control Division showcased Slice stepper drivers and Slice pulse output modules, which connect to EtherCAT, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, and other mainstream industrial Ethernet protocols via Solidot's self-developed XBUS backplane and matching connectors. In terms of feedback devices, the division also displayed various encoder input and pulse counting modules. Solidot's Motion Control Division aims to provide global users with more secure, reliable, innovative, and targeted solutions through the continuous launch of innovative product lines.

Throughout the exhibition, Solidot showcased its products through on-site prize draws, product videos, engineer explanations, and a wealth of information materials, providing customers with a comprehensive and multifaceted presentation of the latest products from its five major divisions: General I/O, Gateways, Motion Control, IO-Link, and Valve Islands, as well as its in-depth understanding of the industrial internet and innovative solutions.
This exhibition not only displayed Solidot’s years of accumulation but also demonstrated the company's commitment to keeping pace with the times and leading the trend of industrial digitalization. For many years, Solidot has maintained a deep focus on the automation industry, accumulating strong technical expertise in the bus product field. With domestic products becoming increasingly mature and stable in recent years, Solidot is experiencing a high-speed growth cycle in the domestic distributed I/O industry. Leveraging the advantages of domestic technology, Solidot's digital solutions have received widespread acclaim.
This exhibition has further strengthened Solidot's confidence in promoting the industrialization of next-generation technologies. Through participation and exchanges, Solidot has also gauged the national market, planning for greater growth in its comprehensive development. In the era of Industry 4.0, Solidot is leveraging its core competitiveness in domestic industrial internet technology to open new doors and seize new opportunities. In the future, Solidot will continue to focus on “dedication, professionalism, and specialization,” rolling out more remote distributed I/O products, consistently delivering value to clients through superior product quality, improved delivery times, better cost performance, and large-scale procurement.
